What does a Product Support Representative do? They assist customers by identifying product-related problems and resolve computer-related problems, researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because Product Support Representatives are the eyes and ears of the company.


REQUIREMENTS:


Candidate must at least be a college undergrad

Excellent in English Communication skills

Applicants must be willing to work in CDO

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, especially graveyard shift.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
