Recruitment Officer Fulltime

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and facilitates pooling of potential applicants and ensures continuity of such. 
  • Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualified for and summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by departmental heads. 
  • Conducts interview by screening pre-selected applicants, both actual and via phone interview. 
  • Administers tests. 
  • Conducts reference/background checks on possible candidates. 
  • Ensures complete submission of applicant’s employment requirements. 
  • Assists in preparing new employee orientation tool kit and compensation packages. 
  • Designs recruitment advertisements (tabloid, websites, etc.). 
  • Conducts exit interviews. 
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by direct superiors. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, - 
  • Human Resource Management, or equivalent. 
  • Must be proficient in Oral, Written, and Interpersonal skills. 
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Recruitment/Selection and Training experiences, an edge. 
  • Willing to travel across branches within the Philippines. 
  • Well driven and highly motivated. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
