ARC REFRESHMENTS CORPORATION (ARC), the country’s licensed bottler manufacturer and distributor of U.S. Best Tasting Soft drink known as RC Cola, is opening its corporate doors to young and dynamic individuals for our Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental Plant to respond to the demands of an ever increasingly competitive environment in the bottling industry.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong selling and interpersonal skills which includes the ability to maintain a good client relationship because as a Salesman the primary goal is to help our Company increase its volume and distribution.
Responsibilities:
1. Plans, recommends and implements strategic trade programs needed to develop and increase distribution,
volume and share in his territory.
2. Attainment of assigned sales target thru full line selling and work.
3. Attainment of market share target under his territory.
4. Monitors daily sales vs. targets and distribution and regular servicing by all dealers assigned to him.
5. Pre-book orders of his dealers.
6. Plans, distributes and ensure placement of marketing collaterals and tools of trade in dealers’ territories.
7. Regularly monitors utilization and productivity of tools of trade.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of preferably business-related courses.
2. Experience in Sales, Marketing on consumer goods trade experience is an advantage.
3. Must know how to drive; with license 123 restriction
4. Must possess high interest in the field of Sales.
5. Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan, MisamisOriental
