• Male, 18 to 35 yrs old
• Single/Married
• At least highschool graduate or College Level
• With Welding experience is an advantage
• With Certificate or Diploma from Technical or Vocational Schools
• Honest and dependable
• Reliable
• Has good interpersonal skills; can relate well with colleagues
• Willing to be trained
