Key Responsibilities: Reinforces daily activity management of Financial AdvisorsRecruit, lead and manage group of Financial Advisors and to empower and leads them to achieve day to day and month to month targets. Ensures that the team has activities that will drive the sales and acheive quotas. Regularly monitors team KPI and performance
