RESPONSIBILITIES:

What does a Non-Voice Representative for a Gaming Account do? They assist customers through email or chat support by identifying service-related problems and researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  At least high school graduate 
  • Preferably with 2-3 years work experiences in the customer service field, hospitality, banking, admin, etc. 
  • Excellent in both written and oral English Proficiency 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Attention to detail is critical 
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City. 
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holiday and weekdays off.
