JOB SUMMARY
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Prepares and analyzes project estimates.
2) Conducts site visit and survey.
3) Monitors materials and establishes procurement schedule.
4) Prepares project documents and reports for client requirements.
5) Assists in value management and cost control.
6) Prepares project reports on progress with details on project schedule, manpower schedule and equipment schedule.
7) Coordinates the collection of data and incorporate gathered information.8) Performs additional task that may be delegated.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Educational Attainment:
A graduate of BS Civil / Mechanical Engineering
License and Certificates:
Preferably licensed Civil/Mechanical Engineer
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of working experience in the field or in a related area
