  • Good organizational skills. 
  • Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations. 
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines. 
  • Creativity in crafting new pastries.

COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male, of legal age.
  • Graduate of food and beverage or Culinary and the like.
  • With at least 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Can formulate own menu, knows basic food costing, product yielding and inventory.
  • Can commit to maintaining a clean kitchen and work area.
