Prepares documentation and submittals prior to bidding and implementation of projects
Inspect jobsite prior to the mobilization.
Coordinate with the project owner/general contractor on the date of mobilization prior to the delivery schedule of materials.
Inspect and monitor the on-going projects and implement the standard installation procedures and project safety requirements including the exiting rules and regulations at the jobsite.
Provides accomplishment reports and attends jobsite meetings.
Certify and recommend sub-contractors billing prior to endorsement to installation supervisor for evaluation.
Coordinate all activities and project incurred expenses as well as the sub-contractors work performance.
Inspect project on or before completion and facilitate punch listings up to project completion.
Monitor and facilitate any additional materials needed at jobsite.
Monitor and facilitate the preparation of Notice of Completion.
Facilitate to document the client's complaint on leaks and repairs and ensures that actions to be taken is properly implemented and verified.
Prepare and assist estimates.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned and/or required of the job.
