- Up to 50 years old
- Driver's License code must code #3
- Must be practically and mechanically oriented
- Must be psychologically and medically fit
- Willing to travel within the Philippines
- Experience is an advantage

1. Resume/Biodata with recent 2x2 Picture
2. Birth Certificate
3. 1pc 1x1 picture
2. Police Clearance
3. Barangay Clearance
4. Drug Test
5. SSS E1, Philhealth MDR and PAG – IBIG MDF
5. Others (Certification, Valid ID's, etc.)
