PRYCE GASES, INC. (PGI) is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of Industrial and Medical gases and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) under the trade name: PRYCEGAS.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
- With at least one (1) year experience in Human Resource work such as, but not limited to:
- Conducting Training and developing Training Modules
- Creating assessment instruments; and designs, develops and delivers appropriate learning solutions for training purposes
- Processing on-boarding of new hires, benefits, government compliance, exits, and HRIS maintenance
- High energy with a customer-centric attitude
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work with internal/external customers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Able to to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel to Visayas and Mindanao from time to time
