The perfect fit should possess the following: 


Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Willingness to work flexibly and ability to work as part of team.

With pleasant personality.

Preferably with experience in Sales.

With driver’s license .



The right match will be part of a dynamic team and will be performing the following tasks but limited to:


Ensures that customer requests are attended to in a timely manner.

Can handle major incidents.

Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Isolate and identify areas of improvement.

Work with management on customer service initiatives.

Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
