Job Description:
-Effectively source business prospects and employ client acquisition techniques
-Implement strategies to cultivate and engage varying personal target markets
-Effectively source prospective clients, capitalize on referrals, assessing of customer needs, and master the execution of customized financial strategies
-Provide first class financial solutions to clients; Guide clients on different opportunities in accordance with the latter’s needs, goals and tolerance for risk
-Acquire intensive company-sponsored trainings to best service the information needs of clients
Job Requirements:
-Male/Female; 20 - 45 years old; College Level/ Graduate
-Preferably with one year experience as Licensed Insurance Agent; those with Variable License highly preferred
-Preferably with one year successful sales experience in Mutual Funds or Top Pre-Need companies
-Good salesmanship skills acquired through formal training from previous Insurance/Mutual Fund/Pre-need Companies.
-Uses cellphone, fax, printers, e-mail, Windows programs and accesses the web
-Entrepreneurial, driven, ambitious; engaging and warm personality; trustworthy; mature and credible.
