COMPUTER TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, setup, configure, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain IT related hardware equipment’s, and software/applications such as computer systems (desktop and laptop), mobile devices, printers, network infrastructures, system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality in a time based manner.
• Ensure and maintain vendor and clientele communication, quality services and support
• Performs various duties depending on circumstances and current company needs.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
• Offer quality and timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computer and devices correctly.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Qualifications:
• College level, Degree/Course related to qualification
• 1 year (at least) related proven work experienced
• Preferably with proven experienced on Laptop and Printer repair board level.
• Proven experienced with LAN/WAN networks, Switches/Routers, mobile devices,
Server/workstation (Application/Services).
• Knowledge and skills in Biometric machines, CCTV surveillance and PABX system
are advantage.
• Has his way of translating complex technical terms into plain simple sentences that a
Client/customer can understand.
