Sales Supervisor Fulltime

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as supervisor in a FMCG related filed (preferably distribution)
  • Must have experience with both booking and van operations
  • Extension knowledge of routes in CDO, MisOr and Manolo
  • Keen sense to drive product distribution
  • Ability to conduct meetings, commandeer discussion and present figures/programs in layman terms for sales team
  • Ability to implement programs, manage merchandiser team in CDO and provide constructive criticism and guidance
  • With good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Knows how to handle an effective team
