Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Graduate
• Female 30-40 years old
• Atleast three(3) years experience in cashier
• Excellent in oral communication skills and Basic Knowledge in Computer
• Honest in Cash Handling and reconciliation
• Create a vibrant and memorable customer experience

Responsibilities:

• To interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.
• To plan for effective and efficient Store operation
• To delegate authority to his immediate subordinates to carry out their duties.
• To ensure those suitable personnel are selected, developed and ultimately promoted to maintain an effective store organization.
• To provide effective leadership and guidance at all times.
• To ensure that adequate facilitates exist for consultation with subordinates.
• To ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store operations.
• To ensure that all the personnel under his control works and performs efficiently.
• To ensure co-operation with other functions is achieved at all levels.
• To ensure that a balance of supplies between continuous demand and intermittent supply is maintained
