Accounting Officer Fulltime

at SM Supermalls (SM - Uptown)

The Accounting Officer is responsible for supervising the accounting operations in the assigned location/ branch/ section. Responsible for processing and preparation of accounting reports in the areas of sales, payables, receivables, inventory and general accounting. The individual is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager in the over-all management of accounting operations per mall/branch and supervision of personnel assigned in the department.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy;
  • CPA license is required.
  • 2-3 years of significant experience on General/ Cost Accounting/ Financial Accounting or Basic Accounting/ Bookkeeping
  • Knowledgeable in any computerized-accounting system preferably SAP
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly analytical, keen to details and is result-oriented
  • Candidate must be willing to work in SM City Cagayan de Oro – Uptown.
