A Writer is responsible for producing high quality content that meets the requirements of the client and internal content projects and adhere to the standard of the Internet Marketing industry and ethics of writing.
Writes quality content for both external client and internal projects:
- Produce no less than 1,500 to 1,800 words per day, or between 36,000 to 47,000 words per month.
- Strictly adhere to deadlines and submission schedules as indicated by client and/or Content Manager.
- Coordinate with Content Manager to determine the specifics of their content assignment.
- Ensure that content follows project/Client specifications and is well written according to English grammar standards, including but not limited to:
- Correct spelling
- Free of typographical and grammatical errors
- Accuracy of facts
- Style consistency
- Originality
- Search Engine Optimization
- Keep records of assigned topics.
- Keep records of the clients’ instructions.
- Keep records of output feedback, points of improvement and other quality assurance issues sent by the Content Manager.
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in Journalism, Literature, Mass Communications or other writing-related courses.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Adept in internet researching.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Able to write about a wide range of topic.
- Professional writing experience is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner, self-motivated and enthusiastic. With a passion for learning and continuous self-improvement.
