Monster Kitchen! was established in 2008 and its first store is strategically located at Jofelmor Bldg., Jose Mortola St., Cagayan de Oro City. And now it has other branch at Jardiniano Bldg., Corner San Agustin – Rizal Sts., Cagayan de Oro City.

Known as a Baking and Culinary Arts Institution, Monster Kitchen! sells food and baking ingredients including baking equipment. Monster Kitchen! also sells Pasalubong delicacies from all places in Mindanao.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): good communication skill, customer-service oriented, multi-tasker, result oriented and can handle pressure very well
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will handle the following tasks:

  • Frontliner- entertain walk-in customers
  • Facilitates enrollment of walk-in customers
  • Answers phone call and on-line inquiries
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales report
  • Take pictures of classes and send to Marketing team for layouting and posting
  • Handles Pettycash and prepares Petty cash replenishment
  • Coordinate with MKA General cashier for online payment verification
  • Prepares final list of enrollees and endorse to Admin Assistant for class preparation
  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing team
