The Customer Relations Services Representative, will be supporting the Customer Relations Services Group in your mall. This includes creating a pleasant atmosphere in the mall by ensuring the safety and well-being of customers. CRS enforces mall policies, deter disruptive and criminal behavior, help locate lost items or family members and get help during emergencies. Expect your day-to-day functions to include non-routine tasks like serving customers, employees, tenants and VIPs. The time spent at your desk will include reviewing reports relative to security and investigation and creating reports to be submitted to management.
