  • Typing Skill should be 30 words per minute
  • Exceptional communication and call handling skills
  • Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
  • Time Management Skills
  • Can work under pressure.

CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED BUT IS AN ADVANTAGE.
