Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; preferably a CPA
• Have at least 5 years experience in General/Cost accounting; preferably in the Real Estate industry
• Knowledgeable in A/P processing, disbursement, financial reporting, and other related functions
• Be able to focus despite the work pressure & tight deadlines
• Keen to details, trustworthy and have good interpersonal skills
• Candidates must be a local residence of Cebu City or Cagayan De Oro
