QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Management Accounting
• Preferably 1 year of working experience
• Good technical knowledge on MS Office Application
• Knowledgeable of SAP, Oracle, or any other ERP system is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply
• 1 Full-Time position available

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all accounting records have the necessary supporting documents and proper approvals;
• Process transactions and perform month-end closing activities such as account reconciliation and expense accounting;
• Ensure proper maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers;
• Ensure accuracy of customer’s sales invoices and timely payment of supplier’s invoices;
• Assists in month-end closing such as accrual or expenses and liquidation of cash advances;
• Maintains and analyses GL accounts
• Prepares journal voucher as necessary
