Responsibilities:
- Supervises the packing staff and process to ensure production goals are met.
- Monitoring and control of all items, products, & equipments inside the packing area.
- Ensures orderliness and cleanliness in all items, products & equipments inside the packing area
- Responsible for maintaining inventory levels, and placing orders, as necessary.
- Responsible for compliance and adherence of Safety and GMP policies and procedures.
- Organize packing operations and align with other departments.
- Initiate implementation of rules and attainment of objectives.
- Create measures and control to ensure that product quality is guaranteed.
- Monitor the packaging manpower activities.
Qualifications:
- Preferably FEMALE; Age: 23-30 years old; Single
- Candidate must possess a degree in BS Food Technology or equivalent course.
- At least less than 1 year of working experience in food manufacturing
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Must be flexible, and willing to work extended hours
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
- Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, ppt.)
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple work assignments.
- Have high sense of responsibility
- With strong leadership skills.
- With or without work experience is encouraged to apply
