Summary/ Objectives:
A web designer is responsible for creating the look, layout and features of a website. The role includes for designing, coding and modifying websites from layout to features according to a client’s specifications. A web designer should strive to create visually pleasing website while creating a user-friendly interface and clear navigation for end users. The work involves close communication with project and account managers to develop detailed specification documents and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Job Description:
- Creating design prototypes, site navigation, and layout of content.
- Ensuring that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements as necessary.
- Coding pages, files, test, debug and deploy.
- Developing appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks.
- Coordinating with other designers and programmers to develop web projects.
- Collaborating with staff and teams to develop, format and deploy content.
- Assisting and supporting in the upkeep and maintenance of web sites.
- Researching and propose software programs that are compatible to the future – technologies.
- Initiating periodic testing and implement contingency plans in case of systems failure.
- Preparing and coordinating intranet web updates and intranet website changes.
- Fixing bugs, troubleshooting and resolving problems
- Performing maintenance and updates to existing web site.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related courses
- Solid Background in Wordpress, Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Javascript and MySQL
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop and Linux Server.
