Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Accounting:
    a) Prepare Salaries
    b) Prepare and remit SSS,PHIC,HDMF contributions

  • General Accounting/Bookkeeping
    a) Data entry in Quickbooks
    b) Bank Reconciliation
    c) Lapsing Schedule

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/Management Accounting/Accounting Technology
  • Female
  • Keen to detail
  • Knowledgeable in journal entries and account reconciliation
  • Must have at least 6mos to 1 year of experience
    Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Handles accounting transactions and bookkeeping tasks
