Baker and Cake Decorator
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Chief Baker, Team Leader for preparations of bread starter and mixes, ordering and stocking of ingredients, flavorings and sanitizing his wok stations and equipment. Has knowledge in cake decorating.
Qualifications: *Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Couse Certificate, Food & Beverages Services Management or equivalent. *At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. *Must be skilled in using pastry bags for piping decorative borders and lettering.
