Job Description:

  • Serves as a liaison between customers and various departments.
  • May set up new accounts, maintain order records and prepare required reports.
  • Offer suggestions and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customer’s need
  • Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer

Qualifications:

  • Finished at least high school 18 years old and above
  • Computer literate Has good customer service skills
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Motivated and willing to be trained
  • Willing to be relocated in Cebu without the relocation package
  • Six (6) months – One (1) year call center experience is an advantage
