Cook is responsible for many of the daily tasks in the kitchen area of the outlet. He or she performs all phases of kitchen activities including the preparation and presentation of the menu and has knowledge of human and customer relations. Prepare food quickly and consistently. The cook is intimately acquainted with the menu. He or she is capable and willing also to cook items that are not on the menu.

Qualifications:

  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Preferably male
  • Able to maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies and utensils.
  • Committed to maintain a clean kitchen and work area.
  • Strong knowledge of operating industry sized ovens and cooking ranges.
  • Willing to learn and is open to new ideas.
  • Has cheerful disposition.
  • Able to work in night shifts
  • With experience in the same field is an advantage
