2. Tech Recruiter
Monetizemore is looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team! This person will facilitate the company\‘s standard hiring process for our technical team. Our ideal Technical Recruiter will report directly to the HR head and will work closely with the Technical Team Lead/CTO.
Job Description:
- Attract talents as well as build an active pool of candidates for future and fast paced hiring
- Source talents through the use of different online tools and job boards
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement to assess candidates\’ relevant knowledge and experiences
- Update detailed job descriptions and facilitate job postings
- Facilitate reference check before hiring a candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience, preferably BS IT or BS Computer Science graduate
- With excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have work experience related to Recruitment of technical positions like Web Developer/Software Engineer, QA Engineer
- Ability to conduct technical interviews and skills assessment
- Must have knowledge in web development, AdTech experience/knowledge is a plus
3. Finance Specialist
Job Description:
- Assist the Finance Head in processing all payments including payroll and publisher payouts
- Assists with time logs audit of company members
- Assists in updating online financial spreadsheets of the company
Requirements:
- Basic accounting background or knowledge in book keeping
- Graduating students are welcome to apply to start as part-timer
- Computer literate and proficient with Google apps and Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent English communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Familiar with Quickbooks Online or Xero
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
