(VFI) is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and selling of processed meat products. A local company based in Cebu, it caters to consumers and patrons nationwide. VFI is the maker of the Virginia, El Rancho, Winner, Champion and Australian Brands of canned goods and frozen processed meat.

We are in need of:

Distributor Specialist

The position is responsible for monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by the company. He will also develop strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors’ sales.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing general trade accounts and other channel of distribution preferably selling processed meat products and fast moving consumer goods.
• Knows how to drive (with valid Driver’s License RC 1 2)
  • Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
• Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills
• Honest and trustworthy
• Workbase: Cagayan de Oro and willing to travel
