Job Description:

• Manage retail staff/crew assigned at the store.
• Assist crew achieve sales target.
• Maintain store’s cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• A graduate of any business-related course such as Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Experience with retail business is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience as Supervisor or any Supervisory level position.
