Job Summary:

The Regional Leasing Manager shall manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under his/her area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any equivalent courses.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive managerial experience in property leasing, tenant management, sales and marketing and/or brand management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excelllent interpersonal skills which will be useful in dealing with associates, clients and customers
• Possess a high level of organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively; focused and very detail-oriented
• Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts will be extremely helpful.
