Job Summary:
The Resident Engineer provides direct planning and supervision for mall engineering activities which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, engineering project management, support to tenants’ technical requirements, and the promotion and implementation of mall-wide safety regulations and policies.

Supervise directly the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all mall facility equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Provide engineering design evaluation and project management for mall construction, installation, and repair activities.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional license exam) required.

Requirements:

• With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
• Preferable 2-3 years experienced employees specializing in Engineering or equivalent
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
