The Mall Manager is responsible for ensuring profictable mall operations in accordance with management\‘s directives and income expectations.

The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services. He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholders\’ return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year Business or Engineering course preferably with Masteral units/degree

Requirements:

• Possesses excellent Leadership and entrepreneurial qualities, negotiation and strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making, excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• At least 5 years of work experience in related field is required for this position
• Preference will be given to those with managerial experience in the fields of Property Management, Building Administration, Marketing and Sales.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
