Monster Kitchen was born out of a simple baking supplies and packaging needs store. It started offering lifestyle classes in 2009 and opened its doors to students for Fundamentals in Baking and Pastry Arts and Fundamentals in Culinary Arts.

Responsibilities

• Includes the planning, organizing and execution of business strategies in the retail and trade school division. Must have extensive experience in retail operations, preferably also with experience in wholesale distribution. Exposure in academic or trade school management is a big plus. The ideal candidate is one who has superior planning and organizational skills.
