Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the supervision of the packaging operations.
- Ensure that all activities are reached according to the production plan.
- Organize packing operations and align with other departments.
- Initiate implementation of rules and attainment of objectives.
- Create measures and control to ensure that product quality is guaranteed.
- Monitor and supervise the packaging manpower activities.
- Execute GMP within the packaging section.
Qualifications:
- Preferably FEMALE; Single; 27- 37 years of age
- Candidate must possess a degree in Engineering; BSME, BSEE, BSCHE, BSIE, BSECE, and BS Food Technology or equivalent course.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with background on food manufacturing and production operations.
- Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment including GMP experience; With strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills required
- Experience in problem solving and dispute resolution
- Experience in various manufacturing aspects including operations and supply chain
- Pro-active, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, able to delegate effectively, and strong people skills a must.
