Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales and logistic department
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Sales Department
- Ensure that customer orders are met on time
- Resolving conflict and complex issues relating to customer service.
- Ensure dispatching and shipping of products are met with customer deadlines.
- Maintain and manager customer files and databases.
- Provides updated price list whenever applicable
- Key in Sales Orders from customers
- Prepare Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoices
- Prepare and plan all loading deliveries for different customers
- Monitors sales and collection performance per distributor
Requirements:
- Female; 25-35 years old; Single;
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Management / Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related position
- Must be flexible, confident and has excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Customer service oriented
- Above-average communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good organizational skills and keen to details
- Goal-oriented and knows how to multi-task effectively
