Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Do the proper completion of all front office duties
- Prepare reports and execute the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services and telephone areas
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients, guests and return guests to provide maximum personalized guest service
- Display degree of professionalism and integrity
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-year Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Services
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a pleasing personality, hardworking, and fast learner
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
