Ebusiness BPO, Inc. is a fast growing call center and outsourcing firm based in Cebu City, Philippines. We offer a wide range of voice and non-voice outsourced campaigns such as telemarketing, customer service, technical support, back-end office management, data entry and transcription. Our clientele market covers North America, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the entire operation of the the center, in cooperation with the whole operations team.
  • Conducts staff performance evaluation and development plan.
  • Assesses current and future facility needs and makes preliminary arrangement with it.
  • Establish daily, weekly and/or monthly meetings with other departments to review call center operations.
  • Produce performance reviews as established by the center.
  • Creates an effective channel or feedback and reviews from different departments.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4 year course from a reputable college or university.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years supervisory experience in a BPO set-up, preferably female.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule and night shifts.
