Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Between 23-30 yrs old
- Graduate of any business related course
- Must know how drive with restriction codes 1,2,3
- At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Average in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Dependable, honest, diligent and hardworking
- Willing to travel and be assigned in any of the branches
- Can work in less supervision
- Must know how to manage pressure
- Goal oriented
Responsibilities:
- Distribute the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory
- Meet and maintains agreed monthly and annual sales goals
- Ensures visibility of the product
- Account development and quality account management
- Monitoring of competitors activities
- Merchandising and promotion execution
- Make sure that all display of products are clean and attractive with highly visible to buying customers.
- Taking sales orders, product distribution and credit and collection task.
- Always check and secure the commitments from the account every visit.
- Withdraw and check the damage stocks and ensures prompt, accurate and complete execution.
- On time submission of Daily Sales Reports and Daily activity reports
- Ensures that the prices and discount of all products lines are in accordance with the directions set by the company
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
- Maintain all company issued accountabilities in good order and condition (e.g. motorcycle, revolving funds, Organizers etc.)
- Maintain professional and harmonious relationship to all employees and his/her superior.
