Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
• With experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in a fresh food production industry, an advantage
• Must be results oriented and possess analytical and problem solving skills
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be willing to relocate to Agusan Canyon, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

The Supervisor will be working in the fruit processing plant located in the PEZA-registered Bukidnon Agro-Resources Export Zone in Agusan Canyon, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

The project is a joint venture among Del Monte Pacific Limited (DMPL), leading Spanish fruit processor NICE FRUIT SL and FERVILLE Ltd., an international investment firm
