Qualifications:

  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of any Bachelor course, preferably business related course
  • With at least one year relevant experience in Administrative task
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical abilities, and have good communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to be trained.
  • Must be outspoken, proficient in Oral, Written and Interpersonal skills
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists with the professional and classified staff. This includes opening recruitment, placing ads, relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files. recruitment process and administrative, screening applications, arranging interviews, contacting applicants, maintaining all relevant documentation and correspondence, and properly archiving job files.
  • Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records.
  • Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, & departments.
  • Provide office management and clerical services. Examples: include phone calls, mail, scheduling, filing system upkeep, preparing purchase orders, monitoring department budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
