Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather information from Hatchery to the Head Office for the status, problems, and repair efforts
- Develop and submit written daily reports to Head Office; provide informal updates on issues as necessary
- Develop and submit written weekly and monthly
- Understand and communicate details of utility problems.
- Provide logistical support to Knysna Farm. Inc., including physically carrying/lifting and transferring small cargo between carriers
- Coordinate emergency repairs and Purchases
- Maintain a log of utility system problems
- Attend client meetings as needed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of Knysna Farm Inc. systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Knysna Farm Inc, operations, policies and procedures desired
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to plan, set priorities and organize numerous work assignments while meeting deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with a wide diversity of personnel
- Must be able to perform responsibilities accurately, timely and with limited supervision
Minimum Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or College Level
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Efficient organizational skills required
- Must be willing to attend evening meetings, as required
- Must be available after hours by phone in the case of emergencies
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- with valid drivers’ license is an advantage
