JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Teach the team to acquire more prospects and negotiate sales
· Set daily, weekly, monthly goals for the team
· Conduct monthly meetings to track progress and development
· Meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory and accounts.
· Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfies without compromising with the company profits.
· Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.
· Develop new strategies, tactics and plans for future growth of the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of any 4 year course
· Experience in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
· Goal and result oriented, with a strong drive to consistently meet company’s expectations
· With strong customer relations
· Dynamic and highly motivated
· Can handle and manage people
