• Responsible for billing and collection of Centrio Mall merchants and company’s affiliates
• Address merchants’ queries via phone, email, meetings etc.
• Analysis of revenue, aging accounts and related reports
• Monthly Tax Filing for DST and CWT reconciliation
• Assist in monthly closing activities
• Coordinates with other departments necessary for billing and collection
• Other Finance tasks necessary
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance / or Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
• With 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in SAP;
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills;
• Has strong customer service orientation;
• Can execute tasks with less supervision;
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Willing to work long hours
