Position Summary:
To develop a viable loan portfolio for Microventures by identifying micro-entrepreneurs in need of credit/loan and providing them with basic training and conducting loan appraisals.
Duties:
Establish relationship with potential clients
Present product features and hold client training sessions
Manage disbursement and collection processes
Qualifications:
Age: 20 to 32yrS. old
University Graduate ( at least 4 year course)
Preferably 1 yr. work experience
Good mathematical and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.
