Position: Property Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Must have Real Estate Brokers License
Must be willing to hire his own Sales Team
Must have Real Estate background
Must submit proof of Sales/ Production from previous Company
Manages Team Activities
Sets Goal for his/her Team
Pushes the Team to achieve result
Can lead meetings or committees
Provides vision and inspiration to his/her Team
Develops his/her Team’s skills and encourages growth
Can work within deadlines and complete work in timely manner
Meets targets set by the Management

Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of 4 year business course
Must have Sales Experience
Preferably with Real Estate Background
Must be willing to undergo Training
Cooperates to Team Activities

responds promptly to customer request for service and assistance
practices follow-up to ensure customer needs are met
can effectively present information to individual and large group clients
can apply effective interpersonal skills to provide service
