Branch Operation Supervisor Fulltime

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure meeting of sales targets; ensure that customer needs are addressed according to company policies and that branch policies and system are strictly implemented
2. Account receivable Management
3. Dealers Recruitment and Selection
4. Dealer's Training and Development
5. Cash and asset management
6. Inventory management
7. Customer service
8. Talent management and development

Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Education/Teaching/Training, or Equivalent
2. Required skill(s): Business development and planning, business analysis, has the ability to build stronger relationship with clients and dealers, with very good communication and interpersonal relationship
3. Very solicitous, friendly, considerate and attentive.
4. Computer proficient
5. At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in operations
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Gingoog City
