Responsibilities:
• Develop new food items
• Monitor food handling process compliance across all stores
• Prepares HACCP documents and procedures
• Keeps track of packaging inventory
• Must know Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Qualifications:
• Preferably Male
• Graduate of BS Food Technology
• With experience of the same field is an advantage
• People Skills is a must
• Working knowledge / experience in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel,
Word ) or their equivalent
